Roman started with MVP in 2003 as an IT technician and for on-premise wiring. He has been a fixture at MVP since it was first established, and is an integral part of the team. As the company grew to other departments, Roman installed copiers and eventually trained in Telephony. Currently he heads the Telephony Department, and is certified in Avaya phone systems. He is also a wiring guru, and works with his son Chris to keep all of MVP’s partners well-connected.
Roman is extremely grateful to Ikram Massabini and the late Jeremy Pollock for giving him the opportunity to be a part of the MVP Team. Roman came to MVP from a manufacturing environment, and they took the risk and gave him the chance to establish a whole new trade from scratch.
Outside of work, Roman is a musician and enjoys carpentry. Roman has two children, and lives with his family in Buffalo. He has one grandchild.
